The bookies favourite, Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra are competing against the odds with William Lee Adams, founder of the largest Eurovision fansite saying the war “could push things in their favour”.

But according to the latest odds ahead of Tuesday’s semi-final, the UK could come out on top in the final on Saturday.

Ladbrokes has predicted Sam Ryder has odds of 6/1 to go all the way in Italy with his song Space Man.

Where to watch the competition?

This year’s competition is expected to be extra special as the first post-Covid competition, but where can you watch it?

There are two rounds of semi-finals, the first this evening with 17 countries and the second on Thursday with the remaining 18.

The Big Five- Spain, Italy France, Germany, and the UK will perform on Saturday.

Hosted by Rylan Clark and Scott Mills, you can watch the semi-final tonight from 8 pm UK time on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer.

The Final is hosted by Graham Norton on BBC One.
