Woman ‘sacked’ over mystery Christmas Party antics as she promised to ‘behave’

A woman has allegedly been given the boot from her job after carrying out mystery antics at her Christmas party.

In a sensational TikTok post the woman, who goes by the name Molly, shared her tale featuring sound clips from The Hangover and Flo Rida’s “Right Round”. She promised she’d “behave at the Christmas party” but shared the termination letter she received from her boss during the video.

The letter appears next to Molly as she speaks and informs her she is being “sacked”. It reads: “Dear Molly, It is with regret that I must confirm the outcome of my investigation into the events that took place at the staff Christmas party on Saturday evening”.

Although she does not reveal her occupation, the letter from her employer tells her that she “risked putting the reputation of the nursery into disrepute. This amounts to gross misconduct. As you are still on your probationary period, I had no option but to terminate your contract of employment with immediate effect”.

Nowhere in the letter does it inform her of the reason she was being fired, or what her occupation was. The letter continues: “You will be paid any holiday that you have accrued along with your hours for this month in your final pay packet on 7th January”.

She says that, despite being offered money, she cannot speak further on the incident, but claimed there was someone else involved in the antics. That person, she said, managed to keep their job, even though she claims they “played an equal part in what happened”.

Molly said: “Unfortunately, without her permission, I can’t actually upload a story time [a description of what happened] again but I mean if she one day says ‘you know what, go ahead with it, just don’t use my name, whatever,’ then I will post it”.

The original video now has over 2.5million views.
