Woman mystified as dog sniffs out briefcase stuffed with sex toys worth £500

A woman was left in utter shock when she discovered a box full of around a dozen sex toys, worth £500, discarded while walking her inquisitive dog.

Holly Adam, from Charminster, a small village in west Dorset, was alerted to the smart-looking briefcase when her dog started sniffing around it.

After wrestling her dog away from the scene, Holly snapped a picture and rushed home in disbelief.

Friend Shadiya Zeinab told DorsetLive: "She lives just around the corner, she sent me the pictures.

"Her dog was quite interested so she had to take him away pretty swiftly. You see a lot of fly tipping around here but never that.

"I can't imagine anyone has claimed it yet. It was a whole briefcase – it's so random. I can't believe it, someone's chucked around £500 away, they're not cheap."

Shadiya posted a picture of the findings on social media and asked if anyone wanted to claim it. She wrote: "Anyone lost their finishing kit? Round Cavendish Place if so."

Dozens of locals began jokingly tagging friends accusing them of leaving the phallic objects lying around.

"If you know the owner, or are the owner, Charminster's locals would be grateful if you could collect them," Dorset Live wrote.

The news comes as Claire Robson had a dog walk she'll never forget, as pet Frankie went one step further than Holly's dog and found a "treasure" on his sniff around.

Claire Robson, 44, took one-year-old Frankie out for walk on Monday morning (October 10) before he disappeared into a hedgerow.

As she let the hound have a sniff around, the owner assumed he was up to his usual scavenging along the River Tyne in Gateshead area, Tyne and Wear.

Her four-legged friend found a "rubbery pipe" to chew on – but it turned out to be a massive dildo.
