Loch Ness map glitch shows X-rated snap leaving Google Maps users in hysterics

A GOOGLE Maps glitch has left users in hysterics after spotting an X-rated snap.

People hoping to see the Loch Ness Monster certainly got an eyeful – but of a very different kind of Nessie.

Instead of the mythical creature protruding from Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands, users were met with a stark naked man.

The unclad bloke is taking a selfie on what appears to be his patio.

A Twitter user said he searched "Loch Ness" in the app and clicked on the "street view" option.

But he got a big surprise when he was met with a grinning nude chap.

The stunned man tweeted: "Public announcement.

"Search 'loch ness' in Google Maps, and click on the street view (I apologise in advance)."

He told his followers he reckons Google Maps was bugged with another unknown location.

However the shot ended up in plain sight, social media users found in hilarious.

'WE FOUND THE MONSTER'

One person wrote: "Spotted the monster," while another said: "That's no man… that's Nessie."

Someone else commented: "I've seen the Loch Ness C**kster. Have you?"

And leaving many in stitches, one said: "If that's Nessie I wish we never found him."

One man summed it up nicely for everyone by saying: "If you're wondering why Loch Ness is trending in the UK and want to have a look, please don't.

"You can consider yourselves warned."

It looks like the image has now been taken down, but another Twitter user claims there are plenty more out there.

They said the man in question posts nudes to popular attractions around the world, including Disney World – although The Sun Online wasn't able to verify this.

If you're wondering why Loch Ness is trending in the UK and want to have a look, please don't. You can consider yourselves warned.

He likely chose the Loch Ness Monster – said to haunt the Scottish Highlands waters since the 1940s – as it is a major tourist attraction.

Nessie has inspired decades of myths and stories, though experts have never been able to prove she is real.

There have been numerous 'sightings' – with nine so far in 2021 and 13 last year.

Tourist Colin Veacock spotted something 12ft long and 2ft high in the waters last week.

The 55-year-old retired delivery driver was parked in a lay-by scanning the loch when he saw the object on July 30.

Gary Campbell, who keeps the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register, said: “Two other families in the lay-by saw the same thing.

“Colin’s sighting was good because he made notes on what he saw and compared it to a boat for size. He did sketches and had a great level of detail.”

There is a live webcam on the water round the clock and Gary logs the more credible sightings from watchers around the world.

He told The Sun on Sunday: “During lockdown there was no boat traffic so anything seen in the water could be something unexplained. Now people are back seeing things with their own eyes.”

He added: “I’ve no doubt there is something in that water.

“There are sightings from so many people who have nothing at all to gain who have seen things they can’t explain.”
