In life you have to take your opportunities, and at WWE SmackDown a mischievous fan did that and then some — although we can't imagine Wade Barrett will be best pleased.

In a BT Sport clip, one young wrestling fan realised he was sitting directly behind the legendary 'Bad News' in direct view of the camera, and was seen pointing at the lens and giggling.

He then looked directly into the camera and used his hand to mimic performing fellatio live on TV.

The clip quickly went viral on Twitter, with one user commenting: "The moment they realise showing #SmackDown live from London was not a good idea," followed by three laughing emojis.

And while social media users may have had a good laugh at the brazen fan, he's lucky the 246lb powerhouse didn't turn around – he certainly didn't become a five-time Intercontinental champion by chance.

The side-splitting clip was recorded with WWE after the pro-wrestling organisation delivered the UK its first pay-per-view (PPV) in almost twenty years, in the form of "Clash at the Castle".

And with a victory for a tag-team consisting of icons Edge and Rey Mysterio and an incredible clash for the WWE title between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre, featuring an impromptu appearance from Tyson Fury, the people of Britain demanded another major event.

Their prayers were answered, and later tonight the O2 Arena in London will host "Money in the Bank", which will see seven superstars attempt to climb a ladder to retrieve a briefcase holding a contract that rewards the winning wrestler with a shot at the world title at any time he'd like over the course of the next calendar year.

But before the landmark event, WWE decided to give the fans a double helping of sports entertainment which went wrong thanks to the prankster's dirty hand gesture.

On the eve of the 'Big 5' attraction, the blue brand took over the arena, and while the night centred predominantly around the rivalry between Logan Paul and LA Knight, fans couldn't help but chortle at the audience member's lewd behaviour.
