A FIVE-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being hit by a bike as he crossed the road.

Police have appealed for witnesses after the youngster and a cyclist were involved in the collision in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, on June 2.

The incident happened at around 8.45pm on Bagge Road.

The boy suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge for treatment.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information which could help police.
