Health Secretary Matt Hancock has been accused of having an affair with one of his closest aides. The married cabinet minister appears to have been caught on CCTV kissing his millionaire aide Gina Coladangelo, 43, whom he hired last year. The pair were caught on camera at his Whitehall office in the Department of Health, just moments away from the Houses of Parliament.

The images appear to show Mr Hancock and Ms Coladangelo locked in an embrace and kissing one another.

The images are said to have been taken on May 6, just after 3pm.

Last night, a friend of the Health Secretary said: “He has no comment on personal matters. No rules have been broken.”

Mr Hancock himself is yet to respond to the allegations.

But a source told the Sun: “They have tried to keep it a secret but everyone knows what goes on inside a building like that.”

They added: “I’m just amazed he was so brazen about it as he was the Secretary of State.

“It has also shocked people because he put her in such an important, publicly-funded role and this is what they get up to.”

It marks yet another stroke of misfortune for the Health Secretary, after he was called a “poor man” by the Queen this week.

He also found himself being called “f***ing useless” by his boss Boris Johnson in a WhatsApp exchange with former Government advisor Dominic Cummings.

Who is Matt Hancock’s wife?

Matt Hancock is married to Martha Hoyer Miller.

The pair tied the knot in 2006 and have three children together – one daughter and two sons.

The family live in his West Suffolk constituency.
