Parliament meeting is interrupted by woman ‘screaming’

The debate which was hosted by Hilary Benn was brought to a brief halt as the Labour MP gasped down her microphone. Following the incident, Mr Benn reminded everyone in the meeting to keep their microphone on mute until it was their time to speak.
