Unity National Bank vs. Citizens Trust Bank

Citizens Trust Bank has more branches around Atlanta than Unity, so it may be the more convenient option depending on where you live. Citizens Trust also makes it easier to waive monthly service fees on checking accounts.

You might prefer Unity for CDs, because its rates are higher than what Citizens Trust pays.

Unity National Bank vs. Credit Union of Atlanta

To qualify to join Credit Union of Atlanta, you need to work for or be members of certain organizations — mostly churches and state/local government. If you don’t qualify to join, Unity National Bank is the clear choice.

Credit Union of Atlanta pays much higher rates on CDs than Unity, and even higher than most online banks. If you want a CD, it’s a strong option.
