The Trammell Crow Co. owns and manages 140 million square feet of office retail and industrial space, with 15 million more feet underway.
You could fit all the office space in downtown Dallas inside the company's holdings four times.
The company's assets total $5 billion.
How did Trammel Crow Jr make his money?
Mr Crow is the son of Trammell and Margaret Crow.
He is now the president of the Crow Family Foundation, which operates and manages the Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art and the Trammell Crow Sculpture Garden.
In 2019 the foundation gave $23 million (£18m) to the University of Texas at Dallas.
Crow's career began leasing warehouses in Denver and Houston.
He also ran Trade Mart businesses and developed major Dallas real estate projects.
In Dallas he joined the development team of the Anatole Hotel and worked at Dallas Market Center, expanding its exhibition retail space by over 2 million square feet.
He also developed the Dallas Communications Complex, the Studios at Las Colinas, the INFOMART, and the Dallas Fort Worth Teleport.
The Texan billionaire is currently being sued for allegedly bankrolling a sex-trafficking ring.
