UK street where residents woken at all hours by ‘constant fights and screaming’
A Cardiff resident said it's "difficult" to live on his street thanks to constant fighting and antisocial behaviour at the weekends.
The disgruntled inhabitant of Bute Street in Cardiff Bay complained of being woken up throughout the night and worried the aggressors could begin attacking homes in the area after people were heard "kicking doors".
"I’d just come back from work early this morning and I heard and saw this big fight outside on the street," the man told WalesOnline.

"There were horrifying sounds coming from the street, people shouting and screaming, people kicking doors in the middle of the night. They make such a mess on the street too.
"I’ve asked people to be quiet before but it doesn’t work – and every weekend there are problems here."
Video captured between 2am and 3am on Sunday morning (March 26) shows a group of people fighting in the street.
"I saw [the fighting] this morning and I was horrified," the resident said.
"I called the police and when they arrived the people causing trouble all ran away."

Officers told WalesOnline they had spoken to five men after another had gone into the water at Cardiff Bay and had to be rushed to hospital when he was rescued by emergency services.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: "Police were called at 3.27am (on Sunday) following a report of a disturbance in Bute Street in Cardiff Bay involving a group of half a dozen men.
"Five of the men were spoken to by officers. One man entered the water near the Norwegian Church. He was subsequently recovered from the water by emergency services and was taken to hospital where he remained overnight. No arrests were made."
But the resident said this weekend wasn't the first incident of its kind and he believes people coming out of a nearby nightclub seem to be responsible for the fighting.
"It makes it hard to live here," he said.
"Just a few metres from here there’s a really nice area of Cardiff, around the Millennium Centre, but here, when I’m not working I’m at home and my bedroom faces the street – it’s a huge problem."
