UFOs ‘fired beams at people that caused woman’s miscarriage,’ police reports say

Newly uncovered documents show Brazilian Police have investigated several UFO encounters between 2013 and 2016 – and have attributed incredibly strange phenomena to the potential alien visitors.

Canal Rony Vernet approached the Daily Star this week with "more than 100 pages and 20 minutes of videos from Brazilian Government Investigations about close encounters between indigenous people and UFOs" which he obtained through a Freedom of Information request.

The documents, which he has translated into English, describe the moment's UFOs were seen flying over the Apiwtxa Village, Kampa do Amônia Indigenous Tribe, state of Acre, the border with Peru in 2013.

Then another reportedly 'fired beams' at a tribe of indigenous people on July 24, 2014 – causing one woman to lose her pregnancy.

The report said: "In the Apiwtxa community, in recent days, something very strange has been appearing, flying over the Indigenous Land, around 6pm.

"On the 24th of July, here in the Village, in the house of Ilda, this device came down at a height of 7 feet approximately from the ground with a very strong light, focusing on the faces of the people of the house, leaving them bewildered with the force of light.

"People jumped scared out of the house, which led to one of the women, three months pregnant, to lose the child.

"According to the people who witnessed the fact, the light – in the colours green and red – is very strong, fast and silent and approaches the house without anyone noticing, with the light low and then increases its bright.

"People in the community are now seeing it almost every night, just yesterday we saw and recorded a little bit of it flying over the village."

The reports continue to say that strange events happened frequently throughout 2014 – and were being reported to police and armed forces.

By 2015, the repeat visits had sparked an investigation by the Federal Public Ministry in collaboration with researcher and anthropologist Carolina Comandulli.

But the incidents stopped, before returning again in 2016 in the Kampa and Isolados do Envira indigenous tribe.

In this case, it is said that a "light phenomenon descended and was received with shotgun fire by an indigenous person who then received a beam of light and had to be hospitalised."

Vernet's research culminated in the release of more than 120 pages of official documents by the Brazilian government and more than 20 minutes of videos filmed by Paula Colares since August 2021.

Last year, Vernet translated documents that show Brazil Police may have encountered a UFO back in 2008 with several eyewitness accounts of the same phenomenon.

The document, translated and released by an unidentified aerial phenomena researcher named Rony Vernet, contains details of events that transpired on November 11, 2008, which sparked military investigations.

These documents, which belong to Brazilian police, describe military personnel as being full of "enthusiasm, despair, and surprise".
