Stepdad 'slaps school bully' accused of picking on girl, 12… and now the boy is too scared to eat lunch

AN angry stepdad slapped a 12-year-old boy accused of tormenting his daughter, police say – and now the "bully" is too scared to eat lunch.

James Peace, 37, saw the unnamed lad walking home from school last week and confronted him for allegedly calling his daughter ugly and throwing ice cream at her.

The vengeful dad then hit the boy across the face with his open palm, according to cops in Deer Park, Texas.

A witness reportedly saw him "reach back and strike the boy in the face", according to ABC13.

The stunned lad then "just stood there in shock and never retaliated", the witness added.

Mr Peace has now been charged with charged with felony injury to a child after the alleged attack on Valentine's Day last week.

It's claimed the bully is too scared to enter the canteen to eat his lunch, according to school staff who reported the alleged assault to police.

'DEFENDING DAUGHTER'

But Mr Peace's wife has claimed that he was only trying to defend her 12-year-old daughter from bullies.

She claimed the boy had told her daughter that "her body was ugly" and said that she was "a transvestite."

The bully also "throwing ice cream at her and then they picked up the rocks", Mrs Peace claimed.

According to police, raging Mr Peace spotted the boy and attacked him – before warning that he will "beat him up" if he tells anyone what happened.

Deer Park Police Lt. Chris Brown said the boy "was slapped across the face with an open hand, had red marks and swelling to his cheek and upper jaw".
