Prince Harry and Meghan Markle branded ‘flops’ as celebs ‘distance themselves’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were branded as "flops" following their move to the United States, with famous friends seemingly "distancing themselves" from the duo according to an expert.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex departed the Royal Family back in 2020 and since then have pursued lucrative deals with Spotify and Netflix, as well as spearheading their non-profit Archewell.
But it would appear the immediate pull of streaming giants is not enough to keep celebrities in their sphere as one expert believes the duo are a "one trick pony".

Their perceived failures in pursuing their brand outside of the The Firm was noted by royal commentator Kinsey Schofield.
Speaking to Sky News Australia, Schofield said: "They look like a one trick pony over at Netflix with their reality show. That's the only successful title they [have] over there."
Although the Sussexes' documentary was the most watched piece of Netflix content in its first seven days, streamed by 4.5million people, it seems their popularity has not continued.
It has led some in the celebrity bubble, Schofield claims, to drift from the couple and begin "distancing themselves".
She added: "Celebrities and companies are distancing themselves from the Sussexes because they do seem to be a flop. They do seem to bring a lot of drama wherever they go and overpromise and underdeliver."

On Sunday, it was reported Taylor Swift rejected a handwritten invitation from Meghan to appear on her podcast.
This comes in light of the end of their Spotify deal, bringing about questions over what the pair will do in future roles.
The Daily Star previously reported a flurry of offers for Meghan, although Harry appears to have seen his inbox dry up.
Royal commentator Daniela Elser said: "Meghan – and only Meghan – has a new super agent and reportedly 'offers have been pouring in' for Meghan – and only Meghan."
