Our neighbour from hell is banned from SWEARING after unleashing X-rated tirades from his bedroom and blasting music
A NEIGHBOUR has been banned from swearing after unleashing X-rated tirades from his bedroom.
Thomas Meenaghan, 36, also cannot play loud music, shout, bang or scream obscenities from his bedroom window.
But he appeared to have already broken his swearing ban by shouting "f*ck off" when approached by The Sun.
He was given his three-year criminal behaviour order after swearing at neighbours in Worcester, blaring loud music and letting his dogs bark outside.
Locals told how the waste worker made his neighbours' lives a misery.
A man said: "He's a menace. An elderly woman and her husband have to put up with noise almost around the clock.
"They’ve been unable to sleep at night because of the music and the dogs barking.

“And when they’ve tried to ask him to be more considerate, he swears and shouts.
“This is the rural countryside. People choose to live here for the peace and quiet. They are getting none of it.”
Meenaghan, whose Facebook profile shows him baring his backside, was hit with the anti-social order after failing to comply with a community protection notice.
Magistrates in Worcester warned that he faces jail if he doesn’t change his unsavoury behaviour.
There was no answer at his detached home, where a large amount of dog faeces could be seen in the front garden. Bottles and beer cans were strewn among tyres and broken china.
On the front door scrawled in pen read: “Chilling owt”.
When approached by The Sun, he threatened a photographer, tried to access a reporter's car and punched the window.
He then sped away in a white van – just moments after cutting up a pensioner.
Meenaghan, who has a string of convictions for violence, was jailed for three years in 2012 over a pub arson attack.
He caused £40,000 of damage after setting fire to an outside bar after a drunken row with the landlord.
Meenaghan’s neighbours confirmed they had made complaints but declined to comment.
West Mercia Police was also approached for comment.
