Mum so drunk behind wheel she handed cops CD thinking it was driving licence
A drink-driving mum was so inebriated she handed cops a CD thinking it was her driving licence when they pulled her over.
Isaura Matsinhe, 36, had been drinking cocktails with friends and decided to drive home, but found herself stopped by police after a patrol car had to swerve to avoid her silver Skoda.
The mum-of-one had been drinking wine before moving onto "strong cocktails" while on a night out, a court in Wales has heard.

Matsinhe was so drunk in fact that she tried to hand attending officers a CD as a form of identification, mistaking the disc for her driver's licence before testing five times over the legal limit.
Her breath sample at the time was 199 micrograms, way above the legal driving limit of 35, with an officer noting that Matsinhe haad "glazed eyes" and admitted to spending the night in the pub.
The 36-year-old, from Marchwiel, Wales, had been pulled over by officers in the village located near Wrexham.
Prosecutor Suzanne Cartwright said that the mum-of-one had been pulled over after a patrol car spotted her driving in the middle of the road in the Welsh village.
A subsequent breathalyser test revealed the mum was over the limit, an action she was "horrified and ashamed" of.
Defending Catherine Jagger said that Matsinhe had been drinking "strong cocktails" and that she was "horrifed and ashamed" of her dangerous actions.
Miss Jagger said that Matsinhe's decision to get into the vehicle was a "moment of madness" for the mum-of-one and that she was "well aware" of the severity of the situation.
Said moment of madness saw Matsinhe handed a 20-week sentence suspended for two years due to previous good character.
The 36-year-old was also banned from driving for three years.
