Road rage murderer Kenny Noye has formed a friendship with a divorcee who describes herself as a ‘hippy chick’ and offers horse hugging therapy for children.
The double killer, 74, has been out and about with glamorous mother-of-three Michelle Budd who is nearly 30 years younger his junior and describes Noye as a family friend.
Noye has been spotted visiting her home in Kent and they have been seen driving around the countryside together, and on trips to local pubs.
He has even turned up at her stables where she introduces groups of young children to her horses, helping many with anxiety or emotional problems. However, she denied they were in a relationship when approached by MailOnline.
The friendship between the unlikely pair has shocked many friends of horse lover Mrs Budd, 47, as they are disturbed about Noye’s criminal past.

One said: ‘He is violent man and everyone know about him being a murderer who has spent much of his life as a criminal and in prison.
‘Michelle is a very respectable, nice woman who does a lot to help children, some of who have special needs.
‘He is a distasteful figure and I wonder what she is thinking being seen around with him.’
Sources said Noye and Mrs Budd had been friends for several months since meeting at a roadside hamburger outlet near her home.

He is said to have simply introduced himself as ‘Ken’ when he met her family.
Noye who stabbed to death an undercover policeman investigating the Brink’s-Mat robbery and murdered motorist Stephen Cameron in a road rage incident, was seen visiting Mrs Budd at her home on Wednesday. He parked his VW car on her drive.
The former gangster calmly put on a grey flat hat and spectacles before driving off as Mrs Budd returned to her stables a few miles away.
He then visited a gym before returning to his home in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Mrs Budd, who has two young grandchildren, met the ruthless killer again on Thursday, shortly after a group of children sponsored by a charity for the disadvantaged and disabled, had left her stables in the countryside near Dartford, Kent. Noye turned up a short time later, wearing a blue shirt.
He looked around before leaving his car and climbing into her silver truck, and the pair drove away together.
They were back at the stables two hours later, and Noye left in his black 4 x 4 car.
Mrs Budd describes herself in online posts as an Equine learning coach and a qualified physical education teacher.
She is the owner and founder of the Kent Equine Facilitated Learning Centre, a community interest company which promotes ‘relaxation through horse care’.
Mrs Budd’s therapy sessions are said to help children by ‘connecting with nature, managing emotions, and natural crafts.’
The website for her stables is full of pictures of children stroking and patting horses.
She is said to offer ‘help for people looking for answers support with relationships, work, progress, acceptance, forgiveness, trauma addicts and autistic children.’

Next week she is taking part in an ‘Equine Energy Healing Session’ in collaboration with a group called ‘Ascending Angels’ which describes her horses as a ‘majestic herd’.
The event is aimed at helping people ‘to accept and love yourself more and to harness earth’s natural, powerful energy that can activate a multitude of creative possibilities.’
Another one of her organisations is called the ‘Sun moon and stars healing community.’
Her friend added: ‘She is all about peace and love and calls herself a ‘Hippy Chick’ on Facebook.
‘She does have a gentle and caring nature. It is all about being kind and reaching into your inner self. But Noye is evil, nasty and violent and has killed two people.
‘It is hard for us as friends to see them together. They are like chalk and cheese when it comes to their individual personalities. She is a kind person who cares for the children she helps.’
Mrs Budd denied she was in a relationship with Noye when questioned by MailOnline.
When she was initially approached, she said: ‘I don’t know what you are talking about mate.’
Later she said: ‘I do know him. He is a family friend.’ But she added: ‘I have no comment to make mate. It its news to me. I am a bit flabbergasted to be fair.’

Asked how the fact that he had killed two people sat with a woman who described herself as a hippy, she said: ‘I have no comment to make.’
A website entry advertising one of her equine therapy sessions states: ‘Alongside being able to create bonds and friendships with the horses young people will be given an excellent opportunity to explore their emotional well being.
‘Learning how to make the best use of our energy using the horses as mirrors for our energy and well being.

Noye stabbed undercover police officer DC John Fordham ten times in 1985 after finding him hiding in the grounds of his 20-acre estate in West Kingsdown, Kent.
The officer was keeping a watch on Noye at the time as he was suspected of handling gold bullion snatched in the £26million Brink’s-Mat raid at Heathrow in 1983.
Noye and Brian Reader who later achieved notoriety as the mastermind behind the Hatton Garden jewellery heist fame in 2015 were charged with the murder of DC Fordham.
But the pair were acquitted by an Old Bailey jury after Noye claimed he had acted in self-defence as he feared being attacked.
Noye was convicted in 1986 of handling stolen gold after 11 bullion bars were recovered from his home.
He was jailed for 14 years and fined £500,000 and ordered to pay £200,000 costs, and served eight years behind bars
Noye was on licence after being released from prison when he murdered Stephen Cameron, 21, on a slip road on the M25, in May 1996.
He fled the country in a private jet provided by late Brink’s-Mat pal John Palmer, and made his way to southern Spain where he was eventually recaptured in August 1998.
Noye was arrested after Stephen’s girlfriend Danielle Cable, who witnessed the killing, was secretly taken by British police to the area and identified Noye from a distance. She remains under witness protection.
He was extradited back to Britain in May 1999 and Danielle bravely gave evidence against Noye at the Old Bailey the following year.
After Noye’s release from prison in 2019 he rekindled a romance with an old girlfriend girlfriend Karen Bricker-Jones, 61, (pictured left shopping for groceries near her Surrey home). Karen helped Noye (right) to readjust to life outside
Noye is pictured smiling during a romantic meal with his old flame Mrs Bricker-Jones, but the pair now appear to have split
He was found guilty of murder and jailed for life, and ordered to serve a minimum of 16 years, but he was freed from prison in June 2019
The former gangster is separated from his wife Brenda Tremain, with whom he has two adult sons, Kevin and Brett.
Last October he was reported to be back with his former love Karen Bricker-Jones, a businesswoman he first dated 40 years previously before he was jailed.
He was reported to be dividing his time between mother-of-three Karen’s smart mock Tudor four-bedroom home in Surrey and his bachelor flat in Kent following his release from prison.
Neighbours saw him carrying her food shopping and putting out the bins while staying at her property
Privately-educated Karen, 59, was said to have regularly visited Noye in jail while he was serving his murder sentence.
