Elvis impersonator takes act to next level by marrying Priscilla Presley lookalike
AN Elvis impersonator is taking his act to the next level by marrying a Priscilla Presley lookalike.
Steve Halliday, 51, and tribute artist Cassandra Fisher, 33, could not help falling in love after meeting at an Elvis celebration.
Steve, 51, who has performed as The King for 30 years, then proposed on the same stage in Blackpool a year later in 2019.
He said: “I’d have been attracted to Cassandra even if she wasn’t Priscilla.
“We really want to do something very Elvis and Priscilla but we also want to be ourselves.”
The pair, of Haslington, Cheshire, will wed in non-Presley clobber at Keele Hall, Staffs, on July 29.
