Denver music and event venues with 5-Star certification
Starting March 3, Denver has approved 5-Star certified businesses to operate at Level Blue capacities and restrictions on the state’s COVID-19 dial.
What does that mean? Businesses that have been inspected by the city for advanced health and safety protocols can operate at higher indoor and outdoor capacities and, if they’re a bar or venue with a cabaret license that allows them to serve alcohol while hosting performances, at later last-call times.

While most venues have been operating at Level Yellow, 5-Star certification allows them to drop down to Level Blue, where both indoor and outdoor seated events and entertainment can increase from 50 people (or 50% of capacity) to 225 people, with 6-foot spacing between groups.
Here is a running list of the 5 Star certified venues in Denver. We’ll update it periodically. But remember: Vaccinations are still rolling out, and venue workers, artists and other audiences members deserve all the room you can give them.
