Charlotte ‘bursts into tears’ at Queen’s funeral leaving royal fans heartbroken
Princess Charlotte burst into tears at the funeral of her 'gan gan' which has left royal fans sobbing even more.
The seven-year-old and her big brother Prince George, nine, captured the hearts of TV royal fans yet again as they solemnly walked behind the Queen's coffin at Westminster Abbey.
Viewers of the funeral took to Twitter to express how moved they were by the attendance of the eldest two of the three Wales children, with Louis' absence also leaving many disappointed.

Walking in tandem with their parents Prince William and Kate Middleton, and the Sussexes George and Charlotte put on brave faces throughout the service which ran from 11am to midday today (Monday, September 19).
It was later on in the day that the emotions of the occasion got too much for Charlotte who was wearing a small diamond horseshoe brooch, given to her by the Queen.
Someone tweeted: "A heartbroken Princess Charlotte is seen crying at the funeral of her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II."
"Princess Charlotte, crying at her great grannies funeral, being comforted by her mum," a second commented.

A third wrote: "Princess Charlotte, crying at her great grannies funeral, being comforted by her mum."
Charlotte travelled by car from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch in a short journey during which she and George would have looked out onto thousands of royal fans lining the streets.
Mourners lining the barriers on Constitution Hill waved red and white roses as the Queen's coffin passed them along with solemn-looking King, Princess Royal, Duke of York, William and Harry.

As the Queen's coffin was loaded into a hearse at Wellington Arch and driven off for Windsor, the national anthem rang around the park and the a sea of colourful military personnel, bands, and some cavalry saluted the vehicle.
King Charles and Camilla could be seen leaning their heads together to exchange a few words at one point as Charlotte clasped her mother's hand while standing between her parents.

As the Queen continued on her final journey out of London cheers could be heard from the distant park crowds and then again in Windsor as the hearse arrived at 3.06pm.
The procession of the Queen's coffin down the Long Walk was led by the Dismounted Detachment of the Household Cavalry Regiment, the 1st Division of the Sovereign's Escort and massed pipes and drums.
The procession approached the castle to the applause of members of the public lining the route ahead of the 4pm Committal Service.
