“Bushy Brows Bandit” arrested, suspected of Colorado bank robbery spree – The Denver Post
A bank robber with a silly moniker is in custody after members of the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, Douglas County Regional SWAT Team and Parker police arrested him on Thursday.
The man arrested is known as the “Bushy Brows Bandit,” who police suspect is responsible for a string of bank heists.
Police said the man had not been charged as of Thursday. A $7,000 reward was available for information about the bandit but officials did not say if the money was claimed.
According to authorities the robberies started on Jan. 18 and included the following locations:
Jan. 18: Wells Fargo Bank, Douglas County
Jan. 20: Wells Fargo Bank, El Paso County
Feb. 4: PNC Bank, Douglas County
Feb. 7: FirstBank, Jefferson County
Feb. 11: US Bank, Jefferson County
