Boy, 8, bites and kills deadly cobra snake after it wrapped itself around arm
A venomous cobra snake that attacked an eight-year-old boy quickly lived to regret its decision as the youngster bit it back and killed it.
The deadly reptile had wrapped itself around Deepak’s hand and bit him with a painful chomp as he played in the back garden of his house.
But after the brave kid tried in vain to throw it off, he resorted to clamping back down on it himself – leaving the snake with injuries that were so serious it died.

He told local media: “I was in great pain and shake my hands so that the snake leaves my hand.
“But when it didn’t budge, I bit it hard twice. It all happened in a flash.”
After the freak incident, Deepak was raced to hospital and given an urgent injection containing anti-venom medicine.
He has since returned to his Jashpur district village of Chhattisgarh in central India after he was discharged by medics.
Deepak kept the ill-fated snake to show it off to cameras and even laid it over a rock for a crowd to come and admire.

According to reports, the village has now started a superstition that biting a snake back if it attacks you will diminish the impact of its deadly poison.
The dangerous snake is found throughout world and people who live in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka also have encounters with the reptile.
Its deadly venom acts on the nerves’ synaptic gaps and paralyses its victim, in some cases leading to a fatal respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.
