14 people ‘injured’ including child, 3, during mass shooting on Halloween night

As many as 14 people have been injured in a mass shooting, including a three-year-old child, during a Halloween night, reports say.
A spokesman from Chicago Police Department has claimed that multiple people had been shot in the 2700-block of West Flournoy.
An investigation by the CPD is still ongoing with reports that there are at least 10 ambulances at the scene, however, there is not yet information on the cause of the shooting or whether any arrests have been made at this point.
Chicago Fire Department has confirmed that 11 victims have been taken to hospitals within the area, including Stroger Hospital.
