George Galloway took aim at Angela Rayner after audio was posted online of her tearing into the Conservatives, branding them “scum”. Mr Galloway was appaled by the language and said it should not be used in any capacity if you want to win over voters from the opposition. But, Mr Galloway offered some mocking advice to Ms Rayner for what the true definition of scum is during a subtle dig on his radio show.
Speaking on his Mother of all Talkshow, Mr Galloway stated: “But I’ll tell Angela, what a better description of scum would be.
“Picture a politician who was a complete nobody, utterly obscure, no one has ever heard of them.
“And a leader comes to power and gives them a place in the sun.
“Puts them on the front bench, promotes them, gives them titles, shares platforms with them and then that politician stabs his or her patron in the back multiple times.
“That politician has secret dinners with, say, someone called Lord Cashpoint.
“A supporter of everything that politician pretended to oppose.
“Lord Cashpoint was the benefactor of and indeed the financial organiser of the very Tony Blair that the young politician purported to despise.
“And at those secret dinners, a plot was hatched which came to fruition and which led to the overthrow of that politician’s former patron.

“Led to his expulsion from the Labour Party and led to the complete rout of everyone associated with them.
“Including the politician’s flatmate, a former member of the front bench just like him or her.
“An apostate, a backstabber, a liar and the deceiver Angela, that’s what would be scum.”
Mr Galloway appeared to be referring to the relationship between Ms Rayner and Jeremy Corbyn in his tirade.
Ms Rayner was elected as an MP in 2015 and was promoted to shadow pension minister within a year by Jeremy Corbyn.
Allies of Jeremy Corbyn claimed they saw Ms Rayner dining with Lord Levy in 2019 who raised £100million for Tony Blair during his time as prime minister.

Lord Levy was known in the media as “Lord Cashpoint” due to the vast sums of money he raised for Labour.
The Daily Mail reported one Corbyn ally saying: “We know exactly what Angela is up to here and it’s not helping anybody.
“With Brexit in crisis and the Tories on the ropes, the last thing Labour needs is leadership speculation and splits.”
Ms Rayner also survived a potential sacking following the Hartlepool by-election disaster and saw her take the role as Deputy Labour Leader.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said at the time during a House of Commons debate: “Note that in any pride of lions, Mr Speaker, it is the male who tends to occupy the position of titular of nominal authority.
“While the most dangerous beast, the prize hunter of the pack, was in fact the lioness.
“A point that I’m sure [Keir Starmer] bears in mind as he contemplates the member, his friend, the Right Honourable Member for Ashton-Under-Lyne.
“The deputy leader, the shadow First Secretary of State, the Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Shadow Secretary of State for the future of work.
“Though the more titles he feeds her, Mr Speaker, the hungrier I fear she is likely to become.”
Ms Rayner was reported as saying: “I’m sick of shouting from the sidelines, and I bet youse lot are too.
“We cannot get any worse than a bunch of scum, homophobic, racist, misogynistic, absolute pile… banana republic… Etonian… piece of scum… and I held back a little… that I have ever seen in my life.”
