In mid-2006, he joined Netsuite as the GM of EMEA/VP International Go-to-Market Operations pre-IPO. For six and a half years, he led the organisation and increased international growth from zero to in excess of $100m.
While at Network General, he fulfilled his role as a Finance Director of EMEA & APJ. During these two years, he was in charge of all international aspects of the financial divestiture from the Parent company, which involved nineteen Subsidiaries.
Also, at Plumtree Software, he also served as a Finance Director of EMEA & APJ for close on four years. He joined pre-IPO into a Sequoia Capital-backed Enterprise Portal Company to support the IPO process.
Finally, his first posting was at McAfee where he was a Financial Controller of EMEA. From January 1996 to September 2000, he provided commercial support for the Regional Sales Leadership.
