Coin Bureau: This Interesting Crypto Project ‘Is Hot as Hell’

Recently, crypto influencer “Coin Bureau” (“@coinbureau” on Twitter) talked about what he considers one of the most interesting projects in the crypto space.

In a video (titled “Chiliz: Crypto, NFTs & Sport Fans – ULTIMATE Combo??“) released on YouTube channel “Coin Bureau“, the show’s pseudonymous host told the channel’s over 615K subscribers about Chiliz (CHZ).

Here is how the Chiliz team describes what their project is trying to do:

“Chiliz is a currency option for blockchain-backed products & services geared towards mainstream consumers. We want to elevate everyday experiences – fan engagement in entertainment, alternative payment solutions for conventional products, and more. Chiliz provides sports & entertainment entities with blockchain-based tools to help them engage & monetize their audiences.“

Chiliz “developed the Socios.com sports fan engagement platform which is built on the Chiliz blockchain infrastructure & uses $CHZ as it’s exclusive on-platform currency.”

Here is how the crypto influencer explains the “value proposition” that Chiliz offers sport teams:

“Chiliz offers a solution for teams to gamify team management, turn it into an entertainment proposition in its own right and monetize the demand for these voting rights. Fans, on the other hand, get a new way to support their team and get given the opportunity to vote on certain team decisions, all of these which impact on real-world sporting events.“

He also talked about partnerships with Enjin and Chainlink:

“Socios teamed up with Enjin to create Ethereum-based collectibles for partner clubs. A few weeks ago, Chiliz also announced it had integrated with Chainlink to mint NFTs in real time. Why is that a big deal? Well, it allows Chiliz to create dynamic NFTs in response to real-world sporting events and mint limited edition NFTs…“

And these were his closing thoughts:

“I really like Chiliz as a project, the concept, and how they’re seemingly paving the way for unique digital sports memorabilia with NFTs in real time. I also really love the idea of attaching tangible team-related perks to NFTs. That way, they have tangible real-world value and this should drive future demand.“
